• Ticket purchase is available only in Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Panama. Each ticket generates a cost per service.
• The purchase of food is only available at the moment for Mexico. The menu is updated according to the cinema you selected.
• Club Cinépolis® points can be consulted in Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Panama.
• The billboard is automatically updated with the change of schedules and titles; If you want to update at another time manually, swipe down on the Movies section.
• You need an Internet connection to enjoy all the features of the application.
• Some titles do not have a trailer due to the availability of authorized content.

I thought it was just me and my phone having issues with the app not working but as I see with multiple 1 star rating I'm not the only person who is having issues with the app not loading and just having the logo on the screen , this issues has been here for months and I thought this recent update was going to fix it but sadly I was mistaken

App won't load, pixel 8 pro, just stays on the initial white screen with C.

This app sucks! You can't even purchase tickets or food/drinks through it without getting a blocked message, forcing you to resort to either calling in to purchase tickets or show up at the theater to try in person. It's the year 2025...wake up and get with the times. Lazy Cinepolis app dev team, you guys should be fired.
