The app breaks often, occasionally fails to credit visits in the count towards gold/black, and customer service is just plain awful in person, by phone and through the internet. Also, they spam constantly and ignore the unsubscribes.

Fancy but trash, it crashes all the time... It's doesn't support split-screen. It's super unstable.
