The My Verisure application allows you to take full control of your security, to activate or deactivate your intruder alarm from anywhere in the world.

Application features:
- Check the status of your alarm.
- Arm or disarm your alarm remotely.
- Check who enters and leaves your home or business and at what time.
- Take photos remotely to check on your property from your mobile or tablet.
- Check your live video surveillance.
- Download your invoices.
- Modify your keywords, users, action plans…

And much more!

All these functions are available in our Verisure Alarms. The available functionalities may vary according to the Alarm model.

My added devices go offline frequently while my other devices like phone n TV never had problem with internet connectivity. Help centre didn't own the problem and puts responsibility to poor internet services. But in actual, problem is in their devices. Door bell battery has very poor half life. App also has other bugs, like when I touch total mode active, it gives me message, alarm deactivated. And timeline shows total mode activated. Needs some expert to solve the problems.

this app doesn't match the high standards of the alarm system. hopefully Verisure will spend some more time on development and bring this app more into the digital word and not rely on a fob system . the app constantly times out, consistently gives error messages, and if you have a 2 part system eg annexe you can't set a routine for the 2nd part.

Extremely limited, almost useless. I'm amazed by how cumbersome this application is, I guess some of its limitations are caused by security purposes, but any cheap application has more features and configurations available. I have to manage the installations of a medium company and boy, its complicated, not just the app, but the online desktop interface (which is also useless), seriously looking for alternatives to Securitas.
