Things I don't like about Clapingo and what they need to work on: 1. Recording availability: Only 3 months of recording availability is not enough. Please provide the option to download the video, so we can have it on our device. 2. Session bookmarking or Note: There are so many sessions, and not every session is important. There should be an option to bookmark and/or write notes so the learner can mark the recorded session for future review in terms of improvement. 3. Improve Customer Support:

Worst experience with Clapingo! Before payment they kept chasing me, but the moment I paid, everything changed. No trainers available, no proper support, and if by chance you get a slot, the so-called trainer just wastes time without teaching anything. Customer support is completely useless and never responds. This platform is nothing but a money trap – full of false promises and zero results. Don’t waste your hard-earned money here!

I paid ₹100 for the session but neither the session happened nor did I get my money back. There was no option to reschedule or change the slot. I tried contacting them through the in-app chat and also sent an email, but they didn't replied. Very poor customer support. Totally disappointed with this app. Please don’t waste your money and time here, it's not worth it.
