YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Check-In. You will record whether you had a Victory or Setback on the previous day regarding a bad stuttering incident. If you had a Setback, you will describe the specific type of Setback, then identify the speech tools required to avoid similar future Setbacks and save in your Toolbox.
*Practice Fluency Tools & Techniques saved in your Toolbox by listening to and repeating recorded speech drills.
*Reading Aloud. From dozens of topics, you select those of interest, then play a recording demonstrating how to read aloud like a master. You then record yourself and compare your reading with the master recording.
*Mind Training. Learn how to use positive affirmations, guided hypnosis, and controlled self-talk to achieve fluency and a positive self-image. Daily mind training may be the most important part of achieving fluency and is our most important program feature to create a confident, joyful, and fulfilled life.
