If there's an award for most bugged application, ClassPlus Lite will surely win it. What problem it doesn't have? It's laggy, non user-friendly, takes a whole lot time to load a study material. And for bonus they don't have good local servers. No offline availablity of study materials, and since yesterday every single study materials got removed from the app. All of my classmates are facing the same issue. Even making an entire new class didn't resolve the issue. What a waste.

I’m completely frustrated with Classplus. At the time of selling their products, their team kept calling and following up repeatedly — but once the payment was done, they completely disappeared. They didn’t even deliver the product that was originally offered to me. Even after several follow-ups, they didn’t bother to take my calls or reply to my messages. I even sent an email to their CEO, but no response. To make it worse, they actually tried to stop me from writing negative reviews.

Classplus is definitely the WORST thing that can happen to your coaching institute. There software is full of bugs and inconsistencies. Their support is the worst that I have ever seen in a company. They have even removed WhatsApp support and replaced it with a completely useless bot. And their Email support team just replies with copy pasted answers. And every bug you report, they say this is the way it is and nothing can be done. And you are left with nothing. I've warned you!
