Ratings and reviews

The fee display isn't consistent between tutor and student views — as a tutor I set a lesson fee, but it showed as free (or unclear) on my student's side. This caused real confusion, since she didn't realize payment was expected. I've seen other tutors report the same issue. Please fix this so pricing is shown the same way to both sides before a lesson is booked — it matters a lot for trust between tutors and families using the app.

I would not recommend this app based on my experience. The way lesson fees are presented is confusing. As a teacher, I saw a lesson fee of $40, while it appeared to be free from the learner's perspective. This created confusion about payment expectations and made the pricing feel misleading. I believe the app should be much more transparent about how lesson fees and payments work so that both teachers and learners have the same understanding from the beginning.

I buy the premium plan for 24 months now i get only 365 dates validity. I register the complaint by "contact us" in the app. 4 days gone, still no update. Worst customer support... 2nd point : when a co teacher send massage to students, its only show one time, and no reply back option and owner don't know about it, what's going on between co teacher and students.
