CleanPay Mobile is an iPhone/Android application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.

Simply use CleanPay Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.

• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.


For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

I wish I could put less then 10 in the app because sometimes I fall short and have to wait and my laundry piles up. Other then that it's a good app that helps you watch how long you have left to wash or dry and a good way to keep from loosing a quarter but then again I have experience a time when I paid and pressed start and it was on a timer but the washer was broken not the apps fault. Thank you for making this app easy to use and convenient

Edit: Having the same issue again. With both washer/ dryer. Dryer doesn't dry clothes properly on high mode. The washer is giving less time when I put in at same time as other. Steals money!! Put clothes to dry for $1.75 equal to 45 minutes dry time. Added an additional $1.75 when prompted for an additional 45 minutes dry time and only gave me total of 75 minutes dry time. Should have been 90 minutes total. Stealing money is a big no no. Don't get me started on the other "features" of the app.

My main issue currently is that the app is giving an error message "Unable to connect to machine. Try another machine." I've been receiving this error for 10 days regardless of entering machine number or scanning QR code. I've also tried all washing machines. I was successfully using the app prior to this issue, with few issues except incorrect time remaining. Apparently, the app believes we get a much longer wash cycle for 2.25 than we actually receive. Wash cycle is only 22 minutes.
