ATTENTION: Only for use in participating Hercules laundry locations.

Hercules CP Mobile is an iPhone/Android application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.

Simply use Hercules CP Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.

• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.


For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

Ratings and reviews

Predatory behavior with the machines. They only allow you to add 3 minutes at a time if you need extra time on your dryer. So each 3 mins you add takes about 45 seconds to register with the machine and add. The only other option is to let it run completely and then pay for another full cycle. Garbage, trash, and greedy.

It works, I guess. But it has numerous issues: (1) The app does not give you any way to see what credit card you have on file with them, or (2) whether you have auto-refill enabled. More importantly, it does not give you any obvious way to (3) delete the credit card on file or (4) disable auto-refill. (5) It does not let you transfer funds to other accounts or physical card, and (6) deleting the account makes you lose the funds (no refunds, funds are locked in permanently.)

The 5 star reviews gotta be fake. The app is so much slower than using the physical card. Adding additional drying time takes way too long. Why not select how much time you would like to add, and add it one time? Instead you add 5 minutes at a time, very slowly. The Bluetooth connection is very slow as well, sometimes never connecting at all. Constantly have to force stop the app and re- login and restart the process. 👎
