I had a disappointing exp with this store. Although the master and designer were helpful and understood my needs, there were significant delays in delivery. Despite regular follow-ups over two weeks, the designer consistently said my order wasn't ready. I wouldn't recommend, as delivery takes months. Additionally, collecting orders in-person is a 1-hour ordeal due to poor management. Their app concept is good, but poorly executed, as they fail to upload order details - this happened to me twice

I had a couple of blouses stitched and to be honest, they were better than I expected! For the lack of a better analogy, the blouses fit me like spandex. 😅 The prices are slightly on the higher end, but I don't mind it, since the delivery is timely and the outcome is as promised. Since then, I've gotten many more blouses stitched, one kurta and one pencil pants stitched here.

I recently got an outfit customized and I'm really impressed. They offer pick-up and drop-off services for a little extra charge, which is super handy during busy wedding seasons. They're great at turning traditional sarees into trendy lehengas. I totally recommend them for anyone wanting personalized, stylish clothes!
