I took pictures of my clothes, but after clicked add, it ended up refreshing the app and I would have to start over just for it to repeat that process. Because of that I decided to take a bunch of pictures and add them to my gallery then go on the app and select them. I noticed issues with them not uploading so I decided to even do the items one at a time. I would select it and it would say uploading then just never show up once the uploading was done. Same issue with the web search as well.

I changed my review from 3 stars to 2 due to c/service experience. The app has great potential, but the tech issues are ongoing. Initially, the team was helpful, but communication stopped & the issues continued. STOP advising on this platform to reach out to & just respond to any of the 7 messages I've sent in the last 8 weeks! Your c/service is appalling & you only respond on here because of the review!!! very disappointed 😞

the button that says that the app needs permissions to access the media and gallery isn't pressing. i externally went and gave permissions to upload pics from the gallery and it's not working still
