app doesnt work. loading forever

samsung a54, android 15 - app does not work. reinstaled and still blackscreen. please fix it edit after your reply: the problem touched many users and it is not matter of switching off the phone or clearing app cache. black screen during app is loading. no response after 5-10mins. fix the bug
