I've been doing business with CoinMetro for a long time now, and I really appreciate their service and their support team. They've always been really responsive and helpful whenever I've had any issues. Verification was pretty easy too. They also recently added the option for debit / credit card deposits which are nearly instant which is nice. They charge a $5 flat fee to withdraw to bank account which is reasonable for larger withdrawals. They're my go-to crypto exchange.

awful exchange. Deposit took 7 hours and a withdrawal has been pending for the last 3 hours with support telling me it could take up to 24h. never had such a negative and slow experience with any other exchange. 0/10. AVOID.

Nice crypto onramp, good list of coins and tokens. The charts on the exchange page are great! The user interface could use a few tweaks here and there but overall a great exchange. Update: since this post it is now June of 2025. the user interface is much smoother. Keep it up CM
