Previously I had rated this one star because I would get an unspecified error when attempting to sign up and my support request was not helpful. As it turns out, Fold just wasn't accepting my Gmail address for some reason. I eventually tried again with my Hotmail account and it worked immediately. Slightly frustrating. The app itself, however, works great! One thing I suggest is that users join their Discord, Matt and others are always active and helpful!

App is getting better, still a little glitchy. Transfers via bank take forever. Instant has been promised for a long time, but no way to avoid a fee yet. Overall the concept was better until they made all the cards you actually want to use restricted to spin plus(Amazon, home depot, etc). The math just doesn't work to pay for that feature. I will track for a few more months, but you are probably better off with a consistent 1.5% on a normal credit card and go buy btc.

I have used Fold for about 2 years and have seen the decline of the rewards system. Being a Fold+ member during that time did make sense but I will not renew. The reward system now in place is not worth the fee paid to be a member. The app itself is still glitchy at times and can take minutes to load on some days. Then after spinning, it may not update with results for a few minutes and that can cause confusion with the logic on the app. At least you can still buy a few gift cards.
