RealTime employee self-service App empowers staff to take control of their own time and attendance data using smartphones or tablets.
Staff can view time worked, overtime accrued and engage with HR and managers directly to quickly resolve issues or gain more information. Using the
Employee Self Service module, employees have the ability to request absences or time off directly, cutting down on processing time with managers, supervisors or HR Departments.

The app, which is designed for both Android and IOS, features:

- Request holiday or any type of absence
- View absence history
- Check holiday entitlement including number of holidays taken and remaining days
- Check time off in lieu (TOIL)
- Check flexi-time balances
- View hours worked including overtime
- Engage with HR and managers

Ratings and reviews

Will not send clocking data and closes down as soon as you have clocked on. Will not allow you to view any data as it doesn't show any, ie hours worked, holidays taken/remaining etc. Absolute rubbish. Would give zero stars if possible. This needs a review.

A tad limited ...it needs to have accumulated total hours adding up and displayed also .. ie 3 days 8 hours a day = 24 and so on .. just had an update 9/10/23 now not opening ...keeps saying it has a bug !!! Did have 2 stars shame can't give it no stars awful app totally pointless and a waste of a download ..

BAD App - keeps on crashing. In the 5 days I have used it the first day 26 April it did not log my hours and yes I checked in and out and watched clock data being sent. Today same thing. I do not go to main site so do not check in with a fob. There is no manual way that I can find to input hours manually... or is there- if so please tell me. I am a little peeved as this is an app I had to download for work and it is not fit for purpose. I have a Samsung galaxy S20 FE, software and app updated. L
