About this app

A simple to use app that allows you to book spaces in seconds. With a few taps you can book a workstation or a meeting room, along with other areas like parking, lockers, quiet spaces, breakout zones and more. One screen in the palm of your hand keeps you in control of your daily schedule. See all your bookings, find booked workspaces on a floor plan, and make changes or cancellations to bookings as required. It’s never been faster to check in to a workspace, through a simple tap of a button, or automatically through proximity-based check in. When you need to collaborate with a co-worker, Eptura Engage helps make it happen. You can search in the app to find where they’re working, book an available workspace nearby and start collaborating in minutes.

Requires Condeco Cloud subscription. Types of spaces that can be booked within the app depend on your organization's configuration.

Thanks for making me log onto my work pc on a weekend so I can book a parking space and a desk. why on earth do you log me out of the app every few weeks. Would give 0 stars if poosible. do not use it you can avoid. Update: I'm not on the beta, and I've just the exact problem again. Update: the app went down for 'maintenance' during working hours. Great stuff for an office booking app. Then on return it no longer works. When I log in, the app is blank. good job

Hi Andrew, It seems you are signed up to the beta release program. You can turn this off in Play store settings by searching for the app. If this issue persists we can work with you and your company to have a longer session token. James

Condeco worked fine for me. Then it transitioned to this and I've been unable to login for weeks even though I need to use it to book my desk. It gives an error that says "authorization required." I reached out to my IT department and they said currently newer android phones aren't supported. I've never even heard that for an app before.

App keeps loosing concierge icons. I'm having to sign into my company laptop and access parking via the browser because the mobile apps on both personal and company devices keep loosing access to the concierge section containing the passwords. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. nothing seems to kick it back into life. Not ideal particularly at weekends when I may not have my company laptop with me.
