Terrible app. When you first open your account the app wants you to enroll in digital statements but it doesn't actually tell you once you are signed up for it. Then once enrolled in said statements after visiting the bank about not being billed for a paper statement I get a $2.00 fee for a DIGITAL copy of a check I was never told about this fee. So I have no idea what the charge is because the app doesn't explain said charge and I have to call the bank to have this turned off?! Seriously.

Horrible! I hav absolutely no access to my banking app now the new one 8snt even compatible with my phone! I hav spent the last 2 years having to go down to the atm just to check my balance so I even kno what's in my account. Definitely over this bank and will b opening a new account elsewhere! Sad part is that my mother has been with them for over 20 years! But she doesn't use apps and digital banking. She physically goes in to the bank and does her business like the old days...I won't do that!
