Ratings and reviews

Most of the time I am unable to control anything through this app, as if it has connection issues. Defeats the purpose of the product, and until it's improved I'm not buying any more products from this company. Also, it doesn't respect that I don't wish to share my location. It will ask me again, every time I attempt to change the light settings on my FREAKING LIGHTBULB. Please respect people's right to privacy and remove this predatory feature. Until that happens I could never endorse this app.

The widget seems to live its own life. Very unresponsive, suddenly it does something, and then nothing. Every third or fourth day, some device goes offline for no reason. Other devices are fine, randomly other devices goes offline. Just now the widget said No controllable devices!!! I open the app itself, and the devices are back. The widget seems to have some serious software issues. Why is this?

When I go into the app it gives me "network error, please try it again 50500", It worked fine earlier. I have 10+ wall sockets and lights. Such a waste of money and absolutely pointless since you cannot switch on and off what you want to when you want to ! It is not the WiFi since the TV, Xbox and other devices such as phones and tablets run perfectly fine. Even though I did restart the router. ( Speedtest 96 Mb/s down , 64mb/s up )
