I have payed for a physical card two times over the past two years and never received it. I have sent emails out to customer service to see where they are but have not received any reply, the customer service is shocking to not get these replies. Only order the online card if you want their service

i have applied for a card in September and payed for the delivery of the card( so over 2 months ago) . I never recieved any reply to the emails i have sent enquiring about it( i have sent several) nor have i recieved the electronic card or any peace of information that would allow me to sign in to the app and enquire more about it. so truly not satisfied with the service provided and customer service and service in general

Pay for nothing. The discounts are extremely limited and you can get must of them by just showing your Uni ID card. I am requesting a refund for what I payed because it is a valueless app/card.
