Danamon Flexi Arrangement (DFLEXA) is a system or application for recording hybrid working patterns which aims to facilitate monitoring of Work from Home (WFH) activities. Workers will check-in and check-out at the address registered during account registration. Geotagging is used to provide precise locations when checking in and out as well as taking selfies to support control of workers' whereabouts when WFH. This application is accessed via smartphone/tablet, while the web application is used by admins for reporting, dashboard, audit trail and notification settings. With DFLEXA, management can ensure that workers work at home and also work according to the WFH time specified by workers and PUK.
