Ratings and reviews

This app simply stopped working for me at some point. I get the error message "SCA process cannot be created (...)" and then later an "Es tut uns Leid, dass..." error message, both messages give no hint as to what might be the problem. The old DKB app also doesn't work any more - no error message, it just goes back to the login screen. Both apps worked before.

PLEASE go elsewhere! Service got worse every years, while fees went WAY UP. Every few months, you're forced to swallow their "new terms and conditions", which are ONLY to your disadvantage, imposing yet more fees, reducing service, or else you'll be kicked out! The app is full of errors, and help takes DAYS. Login via PC, without app, is not possible. Their original name was Deutsche Kredit Bank, and they make it VERY clear which epoque of DEUTSCH their ETHICS are from. PLEASE avoid!

The App. was working just fine till March of this year. But now I cannot log in App. or web site. My login name is 100% correct! The only gracious response I get is some shaking and: "Bitte geben sie ihre Anmedename ein!" So it goes, for days, for weeks and now months! The very friendly Support staff promised the bug will be removed until May. Since 3 months I can't do any banking, have no access to my money. Worse I don't even know my account balance.
