Ratings and reviews

This apps sometimes takes almost 10 trials before a transaction goes through, once you go to your Mobile bestsign before you come back to complete your transaction everything has disappeared. Not recommended very frustrating to use

Well at least they book transactions now even if the transactions dont happen right away and they change your current balance accordingly. A couple of years ago, they dint show the transactions untill they were actually settled. At the moment, the most annoying thing is the lack of push notifications on transactions on the Girokonto. I find it unacceptable and its the main reason why I use C24 and other neobanks for everyday expenses. I only keep my salary and some direct debits with Postbank.

shity app. when i use best sign on same device for confirmation,it sends error and initiates new login try. and it keeps repeating....so in the end gotta go to bank personally. ..
