Not only do you have to install yet another application to do something you should be able to in the main app, you also can never remove your old device if you've lost your old phone, or had it stolen! Oh, and guess what - you cannot activate this app from the other one, you have to do it from the most awkward and complicated banking website I've ever had the misfortune to use. All in all, this entire DSK universe from a tech perspective is truly awful

I am a new user to the bank. When I have installed DSK mToken, I couldn't type in my credentials, like the app won't let me do it. Tried installing it again, restarting the application, nothing happens... If you could solve the issue for me in terms of having working fields to fill in, that would be great!

I solved my problem myself. I figured out you can't use this app with an app that displays over it, like Iris Mini in my case, which is obviously so for security purposes. The developers should have stated it in the description,though. It would have saved me a lot of time and energy. But the customer support took their time trying to help me, which is nice.
