Ratings and reviews

We really regret going with an installation that had these cameras. They're the same quality if not worse than Nest. They're more expensive and just not worth it at all. The app hardly ever works and is insanely awful. Navigating even a few seconds to fast forward can take > 10 seconds. It's a nightmare trying to find any incidents that happened. Do yourself a favor and go with a Ring/Nest/other solution.

Now that my phone has updated to Android 12 this app no longer works. Cleared memory, deleted and reinstalled, still not working. Giving access to all of DW's different types of servers in one app is a great idea for those like me with different types - when it works. Please fix. Update 7/14/23: still not working at all. The other DW apps work. Hope DW fixes this.

As of oct 2022, the Dw Mobile plus app does NOT support push notifications? However, The older Vmax plus app does.... AS long as you're on the local network. Huh? It can work in Vmax plus remotely per tech support, but you have to go into router settings and set up port forwarding. For what they charge for DW products.. this is unacceptable. I'm done with DW. There are other companies that care about R&D. Don't Buy!
