I’ve been using DW for about a decade. The biggest issue over the years has been how slow and clunky it is to load video when searching the timeline — both on the phone app and the desktop PC. But in the past year, it’s gotten much worse. The desktop version still takes forever to load timeline videos, and now I have to relaunch the app two or three times before it even works. If I hadn't spent so much money on the system I would replace it. I'm sorry to say, it has gotten this bad.

I noticed the mobile app doesn't open right away. It sits there and doesn't do anything until I force the app to close and relaunch it. I did a screen recording of the process. Not sure why this is happening as it was fine before the updates. Having to take this extra step is annoying

It is April now, same problem. 1 star because you haven't fixed the issue in 9 months! This is running VERY slow on my android. 5 seconds of time takes 5 minutes to view. I did the update. No help. I Uninstalled and reinstalled. No help. I logged out, logged in. No help. Restarted my phone. No help. Alarm company reset our server computer. No help. Works good on computer, not my android. There is nothing else I can do on my end. Please fix, I need access to our business cameras!
