Ratings and reviews

simple and effective addition to previous: app is very simple, a little laggy with notifications, but come on... it's not like you are paying for it, unlike certain OTHER companies. rates are very fair... there's a minimum amount, so you can get a job only going a few miles, and bag £32/£36. What's not to like? Payment in real terms is 8 days from job completion. Find out where the majority of the work comes from, and lurk in a central spot. Simples!

App is a waste of time, can't get a single job. App crashes or doesn't load at all, notifications are bad you click on them and the job has already been taken. I have checked previous reviews and all the things I'm saying have already been complained about so this tells me all I need to know. They don't care and they won't fix it. I'm off to try Same Day Courier Network, which is a lot cheaper than CX and you can pay monthly. A tip for you DeliveryApp developers, shut it down or fix the issues.

I'm trying to join the app as I've just broke away from a company and started on my own (big move I know). I've spent a few hours downloading various documents needed & sending them off, but the one I can't send is the identity check, I've emailed the company and have heard nothing yet, this is a bad point because I am now thinking of cancelling my subscription, they could make joining a lot easier.
