Pairing via Bluetooth® wireless technology allows you to drive the desk up/down and set your favourite position. The LINAK® Desk Control™ App works with LINAK desk systems using either of the DPG Desk Panels: DPG1M, DPG1B, or DPG1C. Also LINAK systems with a Bluetooth® Adaptor (BLE2LIN002) apply.

For Android phones, GPS location needs to be activated to enable the app to scan for Bluetooth® devices.

Can't even connect my desk to the app on my android phone... What a total waste of some potentially good tech... Edit: I managed to connect with the desk by enabling the location on my phone (why do you even need to have location on for such a simple task?) Experience with the app appears to be completely unnecessary. It does not offer absolutely anything different from your manual control. You still have to long press for the desk to move even with your favourite positions. Disappointed.

I was looking forward to some of the standing challenges. However with me being 6ft3" when I'm sitting I need my desk to be at about 85cm, annoying this thinks I'm standing so my stats are all wrong. It seems that unless the desk is set to the lowest possible (unable to even get my legs under it) it thinks you are standing so the challenges are useless for me now.

Lacks an autodrive when paired with the IKEA desk. The only way to change desk height is by either continually pressing an up or down button in the app, or by doing the same for one of the three 'target height' buttons. It is actually much easier to just use the physical button on the ikea desk. A pretty pointless app. Two stars because it has an appealing UI.
