I haven't ordered anything yet - why 3 (saving is important) but one thing I have noticed is that if you don't have a PayPal card - you'll need an account if you do want to purchase anything on the app. It's not something that I have, and when I told someone close to me about it - they asked if there was another app or website that I could possibly use. I've got no issues with the app, but maybe in a possible future update - potentially there could be no need for a PayPal account, like on Etsy?

Great app!! offers a variety of styles, however filters are impossible to use (or at least don't work for me), and searching barely works. you can't add anything to your search without going back by a page, and if I search lolita after a keyword nothing shows up even though I've seen things with my keyword and lolita in the title of the listing when I'm looking through the normal catalogue????

you need to keep track of your refunds yourself, and they dont make it easy. very often they will say they need to refund items because they're "out of stock" or "haven't met the minimum production quantity," but the refunds NEVER go through the first time. this has happened to me close to 10 times and every single time I have to ask them again to process it. and it's not easy to find refunds that are still "pending" and contact them about it. nothing is labeled clearly or in the same place.
