I'm not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from. The ever-hyped try-on program has extremely variable and constantly shifting inventory and at no point can you just try on two different sizes or colors of the same dress at once. You pay extra for them to ship you the "Ship Now" dresses, and if you forget to select that option they will take two weeks to get you that same dress. Their customer service is garbage because it's 90% AI and gets their shipping policies wrong constantly.

I had a problem with an order (an error on my end) and the customer service was above and beyond. Not only was the error identified (I somehow used an old email adress) and tracking provided, but the representative checked in a couple of days later when delivery was made to make sure I received the dress. This is my second Azazie purchase using custom measurements and both gowns were perfect and beautiful and great quality.

This app is amazing! it's well organized, and the company provides all kinds of breathtaking options well within budget. The app works smoothly and doesn't have any bugs that I'm aware of. if you want a wedding, bridesmaid, or exciting outing dress, this app is for you. Also included are both men and women's suits, flower girl outfits, and wedding guest attire. One of my favorite perks about the app is the ability to order a dress just to try on. It's so amazing!!!
