DigiLocker is a key initiative under Digital India, the Government of India's flagship program aimed at transforming India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Targeted at the idea of paperless governance, DigiLocker is a platform for issuance and verification of documents & certificates in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents. From an excellent initiative to a useless app, this has come a long way since I started using it from 2018. App complains of genuine third party apps on your phone, connected VPN etc., even genuine ones must be disconnected. Moreover most of the sources looks like just list digilocker as government mandate. When you try to fetch a document, it almost fails everytime saying try another time. What's the use of this app if it doesn't work most of the time?

Very disappointed with . Whenever I open the app and click on “Get Started,” it suddenly crashes and sends me back to the home screen. I tried multiple times, updated the app after getting a bug warning, and even reinstalled it, but the problem continues. I am a college student and my important results and documents are stored here. This issue is causing serious inconvenience. Please fix it as soon as possible.

After last update app stop working before u start logging in. after opening and clicking on the get started the app closes immediately. there are a lot of same issues reported and every where the reply is the same asking for more information. i think the given information is self explanatory, pls solve this issue
