I'm considering taking legal action towards Docubay. The QR code was accidentally scan during grocery payments and it automatically subscribed, this deducted RM5 weekly for pass 2 months, and I can't find any platform to unsubscribe it. This is a stern warning.

Please cancel my account. I wasn't aware of this apps until I found out that I was deducted RM 5 every Sunday. I didn't use it at all and wasn't sure how I got into your billing list. Again please cancel my account with immediate effect. TQ

Can't Recognise Login Credentials on Web vs Mobile showing to buy the premium while I already purchased it 30 days ago. On the Web I have a premium displayed and on mobile shows me to purchase premium with the same login credentials, after 3-4 times login and logout now with the same credentials showing premium on mob and web.
