About this app

The Duracell app enables owners of Duracell batteries and EV Charger to monitor their homes’ energy on the go. With this app you can:
View the status of your Duracell connected home, battery, and EV Charger
View your household consumption and the power flowing through you Duracell connected devices, giving you a clear understanding of solar generation, battery usage and grid energy usage.
Access your historical energy usage data in daily, weekly, and monthly time periods, so you can understand your household consumption behaviour over time and the benefits to the environment.

I'm changing my previous review. As many people have said, the app is a bit basic and could function better. I did relate the problems I've always had with what it reports in relation to what's being generated and what's being consumed etc. However, I contacted their support - you can email from the app or phone - and the service has been excellent. They remoted in and upgraded the system's firmware - so far, so good. It probably wasn't the app at all. Don't moan, call it in!

super basic app compered to other. Very little information on what your system is doing. can't see how much is explored to the grid. can't see way they done this as they have all the data information in the dura i installation app. were graph are a lote more comprehensive. it's ment to be weather intelligent but and see any on this going on. one good this is the staff in the UK are very helpful and keen to help.

Since they pushed me into updating the app, it provides totally erroneous data. The numbers don't even add up, so that solar generation + grid import + battery usage is completely different (not just rounding errors) from home consumption + grid export + battery top-up, whether for one day, last 7 days, month or year. The figures are all wrong. They told me it would take a few working days to fix the problem. Do not download or update your app until they've fixed this problem.
