Very glitchy! When it works, it's great. Unfortunately there always seems to be an issue that arises. Most recently it stopped displaying what it costs me to charge! Yes, I cleared the cache, uninstalled it, made sure that it is connected to my NYSEG account which shows my rate. It still won't show my cost to charge. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, since I don't know how this will affect my rebate!

Crashes every time I try to open the app now... Clicking on the Incentives tab appears to have triggered it. Clearing the Storage & cache and logging back in seems to fix the immediate problem for me... until you click on Incentives again... Fix your POS app, please? Edit: I'm not emailing ANYONE. I gave you all the details of the issue, now figure it out.

Don't bother if you don't have a Tesla. The app never worked and the support chat bot is so broken that you get logic that always ends with "ok that fixed it", but no option to say nope I still have an issue and I need contact a human. I tried a 2021 Hyundai and kept getting unplugged when I'm plugged in and asking to reconnect every morning. After a few days of not being able to report the issue for a listed compatible vehicle model and year. It needs to just work and let people submit issues.
