Absolutely does not work. 2025 Honda prologue, car is plugged in and charging. App hasn't updated in 4 hours, no way to force it to update. Then randomly ev.energy detects the car is plugged in and stops the charging and never restarts it. Now app says car is unplugged, but it's definitely still plugged in and I cannot force it to start charging again. Another RG&E and NYS scam.

Don't bother if you don't have a Tesla. The app never worked and the support chat bot is so broken that you get logic that always ends with "ok that fixed it", but no option to say nope I still have an issue and I need contact a human. I tried a 2021 Hyundai and kept getting unplugged when I'm plugged in and asking to reconnect every morning. After a few days of not being able to report the issue for a listed compatible vehicle model and year. It needs to just work and let people submit issues.

Unresponsive, doesn't actually work (loses connection to vehicle as soon as I plug it in, anytime you press a button in the app you have to restart the app to see if it did anything). Update: the tech support that is apparently required to make the app function is slow and so far unhelpful. It took weeks to get the smart charging equivalent of unplug it and plug it back in.
