Very poor unfortunately. Can't use smart charging as my app only lists US providers. Contacted support who said my account is correctly set to the UK, provided screenshots that confirm I cannot set up Octopus or any other UK based providers and sent several emails without any response whatsoever. As a consequence my charger lacks any smart features at all. At some stage I'll just pay to replace my perfectly good charger just to get away from ev.energy.

Unreliable, because this has to use the car info to determine when it's plugged in the car can be charging for well over an hour before it catches it, then it will not resume charge sometimes leaving the car uncharged. I've had 2 years to figure out what was causing this to happen and changed the car and had a new charger since. Not worth £5 a month, use to be £10 but greed has taken over. You give £5 for every 30 points when it was £10, you already make a pretty penny with this.

sometimes the connection with charger is broken, need to reset charger. If can send a notification from my tariff reminding to me today price drop, or I can set the price alert to charging, I will happily to give 5 star -----update on 23/6/2024----- Can you please tell me what is "price threshold" I can't find this function in the app. Also, I can't see any WiFi connection problem with my side, my another device is all working perfectly, even the far away from the EV charger device, it's working

Hi Antonie! If you have a tariff with different price points, you can set a "price threshold" in the app. It seems you have a wi-fi connected charger so connectivity issues are not controlled by us.
