Disappointed from there services. First their eld device not reading accurate milage, 500 miles difference between odometer reading and logbook reading, not accepting manual mileage entry. Call them so many times but they always have some stories. They will never change the device or replace, if you get defective one than it's yours. 2nd they are answering calls from outside USA, using VOIP services, I have no problem but voice quality is so bad can't understand them clearly.

At this point I can 100% confirm that the app DOESN'T WORK and crashes all the time during the day. Unable to change status without reinstalling the app, log in un log in, mess around with connection and do it so many times during the day. Doesn't work on ios as well. Customer service are nice people but their app just doesn't work.

Works good on Samsung. The only thing I don't like that it's not asking or changing status from drive to on-duty automaticly when I stop, like on previous version. I have to do it manually. If I forget to change status on my stop it will stay on drive and you can't change it later. I changed settings in (Log display) and checked ☑ all in (Events to be show in log display) few times, but still doesn't work. Can you fix it Please?
