The thing that bothers me about this ELD, is that. when it gets a night, I have to turn the screen off, and when I change the DARK Theme, the numbers are not visible. If you want to see how many hours you have already Driven, you have to stop the truck and bend down closer to the screen to look. They left a large space on the screen and put very small numbers that you cannot easily see while driving.

Charlie was very helpful with assisting me with installing the app and equipment.

use this product for 3/4 of a year almost 1 year now. as an ELD they work really well satisfies the Department of Transportation roadside inspection so far.. anything else company does not do well has consistently let me down particularly on IFTA tracking not reliable and you only find this out after 90 days when you need it most.. full of empathy that doesn't help you with the Department of Transportation and audits
