Been great for 2 years. Recently boost function is erratic. Some I set it but wont record. Sometimes says it is saved but nothing happens boiler dosnt start even waiting.Sometimes have to change timer In beginning Patrick at EPH got back to me right away with solution in place which has with some initial difficulty sorted a problem A vital piece of info It says gateway code shown on the side. Could not find it and used another number on box. Wouldn't work. The Gateway number is on the BACK.

It's been flakey from day one. Constantly having to force stop and restart to get programmed times to work. Recently, it's got even worse, heating coming on outside of planned times, middle of the night etc. The main , physical, control unit is fine, the the app is awful, and that's the point of smart control - a working app. I'll be replacing with a new system once winter is done. In short, don't buy it you haven't got, replace if you have.

Ive been using this for over a year now and it's just not good enough, especially with gas prices as high as they are. App interface is clunky and changes often don't save. Control unit is old fashioned for a smart thermostat too. As much as I like to support an Irish company, I wish I'd got a hive or nest one and would consider changing.

Hi Peter, thanks for your feedback. Our App was designed to work with timers dating back to 2016 for convenience to our users, we will launch a new version soon.
