App stuck too many times. Not able to play series, eventually gave up and stopped subscription. Issues faced 1. App freezes in TV app, too many times, ruins mood. 2. Anything you touch in laptop screen, volume increases or resets. 3. Can't update email address in my profile. 4. Even though it playing on one TV it keeps saying too many screens are playing. Overall i don't think it is ready for prime time use.any replay ..............................................................................

Hi I noticed two issues after latest update First issue : Latest version is not allowing me to download and watch offline,I took premium package mainly because of this feature,now that's missing. Second issue : I find issue in my profile it is not taking correct month if you give month 10 for October it is taking/showing September.

I'm using etv win from last one year and subscribed too. Price also reasonable. But there are so many flaws in this app. 1) In mobile we won't get full screen. 2) In TV's we can't forward the scenes, it takes a lot of time. 3) Where we stop the content it won't resume. This is biggest disadvantage. 4) Sound: Dialogues part getting with less volume but bgm part getting more sound. There is no proper balancing. 5) Etv has biggest movie library but the content is not available in app. Very limited
