About this app

With the new EYDAPP application for Android you have direct access to the online services of EYDAP, from the comfort of your mobile phone or tablet .

The main new features of the application are:

- Scan the QR code on your bill: You can now scan the barcode on your bill which will provide the relevant details such as the invoice number and the amount due so that you may quickly proceed to payment.

- Debit / credit card payment: You are now able to use your debit or credit card to pay for your bill directly through the app using the DIAS secure payment environment.

- Multiple Counters: Login with your eEYDAP user credentials to view all your water meters and get your latest account details.

- Troubleshooting History: Keep track of all fault reports you have submitted, and also have the ability to easily resubmit a report if needed.

- Customer Support: Learn about scheduled works and planned improvements in real time. Find our customer services locations on the map for easy navigation or contact our customer support service who are always willing to help.

the app is very easy to use and never jamms up however unlike other payment apps you can never see your bill online just by logging in, I always need to scan a code to get my bill which is a pity. the whole point of going digital is becoming paperless and also to make things quicker. this app doesn't do that for now

It would be nice to be able to see the whole psd file of your bill analytically, like in similar apps. There should be a 2step verification method for the creditcards and the online payments. It should alarm or pop something up when a bill is issued. Got a long way there, fellas...Surprise me.

I can't pay with debit/credit card. If I click on the debit/credit card button, it opens and then closes again without the possibility of putting in any data. I reported this 3 months ago, and it still doesn't work. If it's there, it should work. It used to work until the last update. The app is useless!
