Checking and changing the climate in your RV has never been easier.This application works with the EasyTouch RV thermostat line of products that replace existing thermostats. A wide range of applications are available including Dometic™, Coleman™ and others. EasyTouch features a new color touch screen, fully select-able modes, scheduling and away features and remote access.
Local access is always possible using Bluetooth whenever you are out of range of a WiFi connection. Remote access is available with an active internet connection such as hot spots, onboard routers, RV park connections or even satellite links. The app is functional, but it really need an overhaul. I have three thermostats and UI does not have a dashboard page that shows you basic things like temp, mode and if it is running. For all of them, unless you go into each of them. I wish they would look at how other systems dashboard looked and give us something nicer. Again the system is great for an RV, the app just lacks.

An update disabled the app so I called their support number. No one answered so went to website and sent in a trouble ticket requesting a phone call, no callback yet. I did get an immediate response to a 2 star review and they fixed the app almost immediately. The app is fully functional again but should not have to post negative review to get info from Micro Air: use facebook/instagram or post info on your website. "We are aware and working on it" would have been fine. Thanks for fixing it.

If you have further trouble, please reach us at https://www.micro-air.com/contact_microair.htm since we cannot communicate through the app review process. We would appreciate changing the rating once everything is working correctly. The new revision is 1.1.1.34

Latest update now app is useless. Says it has a bug. Please fix! Update...submitted a ticket to support on their website and had a response almost immediately with the fix to the problem. I do love the app, but don't like I can't speak to anyone if there's a problem. Website said I would get a call, but response was by email. Didn't see the response until an hour later.
