Worst app ever!!! I wasted my whole weekend trying everything to make it work. Will not connect to Bluetooth or WiFi. Unfortunately I did not read all the bad reviews before buying the touchpad. The company clearly does not care if they have had the exact same issues for over 5 years without a correction.

This is an older thermostat that relies setting up the router. We have come out with a newer one that is cloud based. Please discuss this with out support team.

this is about as bad as it gets. it's a nightmare to install, the customer support is totally non-existant and 85% of the time the app fails. The thermostat isn't good, the app is terrible and the company is the worst. don't be a fool. stay away from anything they sell.

Hello Michael, I found your case in the system and will reach out to you directly. EasyTouch II is limited in application and our oldest product for Wifi. It does work but is more cumbersome that our newer offerings. There is a much improved replacement coming soon.

Works on local wifi router only. Off site, Port Forwarding, etc. does not work with a 5G modem as an internet source to wifi router. Had to use a spare android tablet with EasyTouch and remote access. If I can work my Ring Doorbell, cameras, water alarms and Google Home fire alarms all to wifi fed by 5G without port forwarding, why is it needed for EasyTouch? Customer service is by email only - horrible. Caveat emptor. Get with it guys, fix this!!

We apologize for any misunderstanding about the product. EasyTouch Marine version is an older design that works like a server so it requires port forwarding. We are working on a replacement product that works like our RV line. You can always request a call from the email support team by just asking in the support ticket.
