Awful. I tried to get into my previous app, but it kept saying that it was under maintenance and wouldn't let me in for over a week. So I went on to the Play store to see if I could manually update it, lo and behold my bank has a whole new app that I knew nothing about. I go into it I don't get my text alerts anymore all of my accounts have the same numbers so I don't know which account is which anymore. It's absolutely awful.

If there was a way to give ZERO stars, that's what this app (and the 'new and improved' website) rates. They took something that worked perfectly well and f'ed it up completely. It's now the most user unfriendly site. Put into use with no advance notice, everything basically inaccessible for over 2 weeks, information that was accessible before no longer on the site at all. Yes, I think it might be time after approximately 50 years with this institution to change banks. Rather sad actually.

Poor, was never notified that they were updating anything and changing the app. Now that I got that figured out it seems that the app is always down for maintenance still. Elevations used to be great and then they changed routing numbers to make it very hard for direct deposit and now I can't even deposit a check without going to the bank. It's ridiculous.
