where is the "Forgot passcode" button? Instructions say: 1. Go to the Pleo app 2. Enter your email address 3. Click Forgot passcode and follow the prompts to reset your passcode In the Account -> Security -> Passcode -> I forgot my passcode -> it goes to FAQs? -------- Update: reached company admins and they were able to reset the pin. App works fine after that!

Hey guys Just updated the app and suddenly the app stopped working. The app opens without Authentication and freezes. No clicks would work. I am on Android 10 version btw. Please help. Thanks

In so many ways, this app could be perfect - but the developer who decided you can't upload PDFs as receipts decided it was not to be. Why go for great when you can settle for mediocre? And the workaround they came up with - sharing a file from another app - is hit and miss at best. I haven't been able to use the app for a good while now, as my receipts are in PDF form normally. Edit: the "share to" is the bad workaround, which half the time doesn't even show up.
