Slow to load, ads, pop ups are a pain. 2 steps to eliminate. Like the old Hotmail much better. (2018) When I hit the back button, going back one page, it goes completely out of the email. I then have to reopen the email, and start over. I sure miss the old hotmail. 2025 now it won't load period.

I would rate it ZERO stars if I could. Omg! what has become of Hotmail... The first email I got back in the 90's... There's is simply no way to even compare it to Gmail. Endless ads blocking access to everything IS HELL! When the "skip" button finally appears after 10 or more seconds, it won't work half the time. I cannot access my "sent (mail)" folder, as it just keeps showing "loading", no matter how many times or days apart I try... The design is horrendous. Everything is slow and bugged.

way too many ads while using this app I know that you need to produce ads but it's a little Overkill on your ads
