Ratings and reviews

The game is great, has awesome graphics, is strategy minded, and has a social interaction element that's enjoyable. If you have a problem and need to contact support, however, don't hold your breath. They are THE WORST at resolving issues!!! Their approach to any type of issue is to ignore the player, even when there's screenshots to prove your issue. They're all about delaying until you give up without getting the resolution you deserve

They ruined the game. There is no way to progress past boss 14 in the mysterious realm. I tried it exactly 302 times. Catapults do not have effective damage and are destroyed before the boss gets close! Resources are behind pay walls. There is no way to progress properly. (Yes, I know I said this already!) It starts off a 5-star game and quickly became a 0-star game. I would like to continue playing this game. It's just not worth it. I really wish negative ratings were a thing.

Most players only stay active for about a week. You get tired of people abusing the city teleport item, drop their city right next to yours, quickly attack several times and then teleport away. So you can leave your phone for 10 minutes and return to find yourself wrecked and the enemy gone like a ninja before you have a chance to retaliate. This leaves you to either spend your resources in a shield bubble to recover or trying to chase the attacker into their territory. Teleports need cooldown!
