misleading marketing. it's one of those games where you're running forward constantly shooting as enemies come at you, with upgrades that you shoot as you go. its not a bad one of those kind of games just very much not what was expected from the screenshots etc. i do appreciate the callbacks to some famous characters from other games, art is good. not what i was hoping for based on the marketing.

Coming here just long enough to say, if you're thinking of downloading this game because of the ads, DON'T. Not one ad for this game resembles the actual game in any way. The developer has basically stolen the mechanics from other games, then made ads based on those games to get you to download it. I can say I like the game fine--or did, until they made changes to the characters and made it more and more "pay to play". If that's not what you want, this game isn't for you.

Gameplay is addicting,but hate pay to win mechanics. technically, you can reach Max levels without spending money, but during events, you will never place first without dropping cash, and the best rewards are always locked behind that paywall...(technically, you could save up certain resources for months and have a fighting chance, but likely you will still rank lower than a paying player. STOP IT!!! Otherwise, I would give the game 5 stars.
