Ratings and reviews

This game has always skewed towards P2W but with this last update, they pushed this game so much in favor of high spenders that you would get absolutely crushed if you don't spend (and I'm not exaggerating) over $500 per week. One of the major issues in this is that even if you don't spend, you will still run up against these high spenders who will walk all over you, absolutely steaming rolling yourself and anyone you are allied with.

I assume Dev response 'optimizing the game' means optimizing for profit not fun. Developers put in extra effort to screw over their players. For secret beast pods they created a second instance of the item so the old item would not have the new content in it. Purely pay to win, the fun beginning side missions end around day 120. Costs around $100,000 or more to be at max power.

misleading marketing. it's one of those games where you're running forward constantly shooting as enemies come at you, with upgrades that you shoot as you go. its not a bad one of those kind of games just very much not what was expected from the screenshots etc. i do appreciate the callbacks to some famous characters from other games, art is good. not what i was hoping for based on the marketing.
