Latest: And the translation issue is back. I guess it's time for a ticket. Hopefully it won't take long to fix. The translation issue has been fixed but several people, including myself, have experienced so many bugs since this last update. I couldn't deconstruction the alliance castle and had to have someone destroy it for me, another person can't read more than 10 emails... Please have an update that fixes the bugs.

The game is great, has awesome graphics, is strategy minded, and has a social interaction element that's enjoyable. If you have a problem and need to contact support, however, don't hold your breath. They are THE WORST at resolving issues!!! Their approach to any type of issue is to ignore the player, even when there's screenshots to prove your issue. They're all about delaying until you give up without getting the resolution you deserve

The amount of pvp BS is overwhelming and has a steep learning curve. I'm sure the people who like it really enjoy it. I don't. Having generals captured, killed, constant attacks, and so many other things going on is not fun for me. The game is enjoyable enough to level up a d get rewards for other games but that's the only reason I continue to play. Once the reward timer is up I'm done with this game.
