Hi Houda, the points will be added to your account Every Saturday as long as you are within the Top 5 in each game and if you are Premium user. When I try to log into the application, it tells me that my account is already open on another device. However, I haven’t logged in from any other device. Please check this issue because it’s preventing me from accessing my account.
