App : 3 out of 5 stars Service : 4 out of 5 stars Products : 5 out of 5 stars Solid and consistent but lacking persistent customization like saved searches, size preferences, and no way to exclude brands only include when filtering. Service is always responsive and easy to access despite being a UK based company. Had a few issues over the two years I've used app and never a complaint or problem to resolve them. The clothing is authentic, the quality of packaging varies but overall good.

He app works fine, the customer service is horrible. One of my packages arrived empty and after they "investigated" they decided not to refund me, not to send me the product again, not even send me a voucher of some sorts. And I was a first time customer and the value of the package wasn't even that high. Never ordering again.

farfetch is like my go to app for high-end fashion, this app right here makes sure that all the items you receive are 100% real, no fakes! funny enough I don't recommend it to people because I want to keep it for myself, but with this public review if you see it now you know.
