I love Groupon! It allows the ability to try out new hairdressers, massage therapist ect without having to pay full price while shopping around for the best for you. The discounts on entertainment is amazing. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's extremely difficult to contact them when you need help. For example I purchased a Groupon & now the co doesn't have that deal anymore but I can't get a refund, which is usually quite easy, never had this issue before so I'm at a loss..

Love this app. Deals on EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you can think of. There is no reason not to use it for just about any purchase your planning to make, especially: salon/spas, eye exams/glasses/contacts, gym memberships, movie tickets, theme parks, rental cars, home repairs, hotels, dining, oil changes, even highly discounted products. Downside: most services expire, so make sure to check. Groupon doesn't refund/exchange. You have to contact the place to see if they'll work w/ you or lose the $.

Awful experience. Purchased a Groupon, and in less than an hour got locked out of being able to log into the app and website. Still got charged, and wasn't until I got a hold of customer support with multiple back and forth when I finally said that I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Suddenly, before I even got a chance to, the charge gets reversed and I'm able to log back into my account. Absolutely absurd experience all around.
