FORM is a unique, boutique Lagree studio where a community can inspire and motivate each other through fitness, and, at the same time, FORM gives back to local and overlooked charities. We’re all about feeling good and doing good – what’s better than that?
WE PRACTICE LAGREE
Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body, multifaceted workout that delivers exceptional results in a remarkable amount of time due to its unique combination of strength, cardio, endurance, core, balance, and flexibility. By combining all of these, you are able to strengthen, tighten and tone your body in just a few classes! Each class will burn 700 calories in just 45 minutes (on average). You’ll love the burn – it’s so empowering.
WE GOT FIVE ON IT
For each class you take, $5 goes back to the community. After your class, you’ll be asked to choose between one of the five local charities we’re supporting that quarter. At the end of each quarter, the charity with the most pink $5 bills will receive the majority of the donation.
